If confirmed, I will be very happy, even if we go down this season.

Bold, strategic choices, not the dull Colin Wanker style appointment that Grayson would have been.

And BCS - you shoot, you score.

Maybe before you write them off you do some research.

The man we can credit for much of the good our academy has done and the way its been shaped and the development of a certain dele alli.

Played a part in the succesful england youth sides of last summer.

I'm hearing Mitchell isn't there for a job, but as a friend for DM

Agree with all of this.

I'd be all right with it, and would certainly back him. Wasn't my first choice: I wanted the dull Colin Wanker style appointment of Grayson, based on his many successes at this level. But, after that, I didn't fancy many of the other established managers that were linked (Brown, Megson, etc) and so would have preferred to go with Micciche ahead of many of them.
Disappointed it's not Grayson, but relieved it's not Megson, Stubbs, Brown, etc, and can see some potential long-term benefits if it's Micciche.

Again, how is this guy going to motivate our players, and are the players going to respect his views and ideas as a youth team coach , remember we are in a relegation scrap.

First player to disrespect him, he takes out his gatt and shoots the guy in the face. The others will quickly get the message.

Management 101.

8-)

Dele alli certainly respects him, openly crediting him for having the biggest influence on his development.
