THE CONCRETE ROUNDABOUT (TCR)

So following on from the worst post this forum has ever seen id like to interject with some rational follow up chat regarding our system going forward.

I will keep it as simple as possible.

Id like to see us move away from a back 3 and go to a fluid approach with a back 4 and in game flexibility regarding formation.

Id like to start with the following 11 players

Mcgilviray
Norman
Tucker
Ohora
Harvie
Mjw
Gilbey
Devoy
Leko
Eisa
Grant

Id like to see us be fluid in game switching from a 4-4-2 narrow diamond with mjw at the bade, grant at the point and leko and eisa through the middle being fed balls from grant etc as well as to a 4-3-3 with grant left as a wide playmaker in the channel, leko as an inside forward, overlapping fullbacks delivering crosses or cutting back inside to grant and leko.

I honestly feel with that 11 we have flexibility in game with the formation and it will bamboozle the opposition.

Happy for people to disagree but thats just my feeling.

That's the team and formation I'd like to see on Saturday.

Though I wouldn't mind a return to the back-three when Lewington is back.

Leko is 100% getting dropped for Dennis for the next game

Not sure the OP qualifies for the title. It’s got some stiff competition.

This. I've got to have at least a dozen strong contenders myself.

I like to think I'd be providing some competition too.
(Have I missed something? What is this 'worst post' anyway? - Is it about German sausages? See comment in previous line)
