One of the worst second half displays I’ve seen in a long time. In a higher league we lose that game 3/4-1 they absolutely demolished us in the second half. I thought we were appalling. I know I shouldn’t complain, we won. But that was worrying. On another day we get hammered, need more depth as the lack of subs and dealing with pressure is worrying. People will say we defended well, and stood up to the challenge, but we really didn’t. The only reason we didn’t lose is 100% luck. How they missed those 2 completely unmarked headers and hitting the crossbar I’ll never know. We massively got away with that today.

They started to get confident in the 1st half and in the 2nd we were dire, just giving them the ball all the time. We didn't deserve anything but a drubbing.

As I said elsewhere - we did defend well but they still got in behind and should've buried 2/3 chances.

I'm not 'worried' by it but I still think it highlights exactly what we are. And we won't be a side that'll be able to compete all season at that kind of intensity. We NEED depth so badly. I almost felt like GA didn't want to make subs even if they're there - he doesn't trust the ones he could call upon. Devoy, Dean, Holland aren't his cup of tea it seems.

If we got a few more in the door we'd not be far off it. At least able to compete until January I'd feel. As of right now, we're showing progress, but not enough of it.

Dean got ready to come on and he sat him down again to bring on Scholtz

It’s a good win, but it’s a lucky, undeserved win. We were so far off it in that second half that we should have lost.

The team look shattered and the lack of depth is showing, however not using Dean or Devoy makes no sense to me.

Also should never have played such a strong team on Tuesday.

These players need to recover very quickly, as we have another mid-week game.

Was well surprised Robson stayed on looked looked knackered on 65 mins I thought Devoy has to come on, I thought Smith had a good game, Gilbey was my Motm...

The whole midfield did. If he doesn’t rate Devoy, why even include him on the bench.

Devoy showed more than Robson last season, so surely deserves a chance in an already overworked midfield?

Look at the shift in momentum after 38 minutes. Night and day (or should that be day and night).
