I was worried when Benik Afobe left us mid season after impressing from the off.

It was the 'goal threats from all areas' that ensured we kept the momentum to (just!) win promotion.

Loving this thread. But we are kidding ourselves if we think the club won't accept (sizeable) offers for players whose contacts run out in June - no matter how key they may be.

I hope all 3 stay of course.

Getting promoted and losing them on. Free is far more valuable than any transfer fee we could ever get for them.

To you as a fan, 100%. And to me too.

But with a club and a Chairman focused on the bottom line, all I am saying is that - realistically - I suspect that decent offers will be accepted.

Yeah, that's how I see it. The Wrexham fans were all saying leko and eisa are too good for this level and those two alone were singled out. They are too good. If I was Pete and Liam I would possibly stick a one or two year contract extension Infront of them now (no law says we can't is there?) It will just be dated from next summer it will show we see them as assets and hopefully mean we can ask top dollar if any bids do arise but to lose them in the next three weeks when neither of them have had an serious bids for them would surprise me
