THE CONCRETE ROUNDABOUT (TCR)

Very frustrating trying to buy tickets! Son, Dad and I are all season ticket holders, and all linked on my account……yet I can only buy one ticket online for myself. Anyone else having this issue? Looks like I may have to miss out……

I get the message that they are sold out now. We have 5 season ticket all on different accounts. No idea how to link them so that I can buy 2 tickets at once.

I can't even locate my daughters season ticket. I created an account for her using the email address provided to the club but no sign of her ticket anywhere.

Definitely the biggest flaw with our online ticketing system! There needs to be a way to link ticketing accounts so we can purchase seats together for the linked accounts and don’t have to keep ringing the box office. Luckily got my Wrexham tickets in the first window, but had to phone up to buy tickets for both myself and my dad if we wanted to sit together. Same happened with Wycombe playoff game.

I thought that's what the "Friends" thing was supposed to do, but it obviously doesn't.

What a pain, my son got his ticket on his account but then took nearly an hour to then get mine!

Sorting our online ticketing system out (there are many flaws) would go some way to improving "The Fan Experience". But I won't hold my breath. It's been shit for years, even when we could afford staff.

I had so much trouble about 4 years ago that I've never even bothered to try since. I don't live too far away so it's easier (though not necessarily more convenient) to drive down (and queue) and get them.

Ticket office have gone down from 5 staff to 2 according to them when I renewed mine

Have they all sold out now?

Hearing that around 250 tickets left .
