If youre british you can go to the game live with relative ease, football is not a television programme.

Given that TV provides a huge chunk of their income it's not THAT surprising that they get to choose what to show and when!

Going back to the fixtures. The Grimsby games will be the battle of the Eisa's as Mo's bro Abo has just signed for them. If Mo stays of course.

Football can be whatever you want it to be.

A TV programme, a piss up with friends travelling round the country, a showcase of sporting ability, a nerdy display of tactics, background viewing in a pub, a chance to spend time with family. No different to how some people enjoy music in different ways

Very true, although the PL and the CL do just seem to be 'content' first and sport second these days.

I wouldn't necessarily say it is the case for those who support the teams around the country and Europe every week, maybe for us on the outside looking in though. Of course commercially it has skyrocketed, but other than VAR and Goal Line Technology it remains the same sport as at any level.
