I honestly hope we get a result against Wrexham.

Really wanted to do Wrexham away being a ground I've not been too... Instead I'm slumming it on the Amalfi Coast

Also think that Wrexham game will be moved for TV. There are a couple of slots they could fill that don't have any live games on Sky or BT (soon to be TNT Sport) -

Saturday 12.30pm (most likely as no Prem game on)
Saturday 7.45pm
Sunday 12.00pm
Monday 7.45pm

Sat lunchtime looks nailed on if they do pick it.

Think we've done alright this year...

First game - Wrexham away
Boxing Day - Colchester home
New Years Day - Doncaster away
Easter Monday - Notts County away
Final game - Sutton home


August looks a reasonable opening month for us, only Wrexham and Donny that on paper look troublesome

In fact there isn't one month where we have a tough set of fixtures (on paper) back to back. All the early favourites look spread out for us.

There is a game at midday on Sunday: Leicester v Coventry (can't believe that's on opening weekend!)

Midweek (non-bank hol) games:

Crawley (A) - Tues 15th August
Walsall (A) - Tues 3rd October
Bradford (H) - Tues 24th October
Grimsby (H) - Tues 28th November
Bradford (A) - Tues 13th February
Grimsby (A) - Tues 12th March

You just know we'll lose those Bradford and Grimbsy games away 1-0 on a cold Tuesday night in Feb/March on a muddy pitch with visibility down to zero due to fog. Away attendance: 178

There's very little on that fixture list that worries me in terms of "tricky periods"... you usually get a rough mo th but I'm okay with that as it stands
