In a few short years, George Baldock, Callum Brittain and Kabongo Tschimanga all spent time out there. It seemed to do their progression the world of good. I can understand if it was just a Karl Robinson personal connection, but links like that need maintaining.

I suspect it was a mixture of cost and Covid. Whilst it was a good experience for some of our youngsters, it's a hell of a lot cheaper sending them on loan to Oxford City or Brackley compared to Iceland.
