What are the different formations and selections for the Barnsley game?

I'm going to suggest an alternative 4 2 2 2 formation

Considering we have lost our last two games and haven't won in 5, it is a time to do something different imo

Plus Barnsley won't have studied it and we would have 5 defensive players, including the goalie.

There is definitely an argument to go more attacking but I would see 4231 as likely

I see you have left out Lewie and there is an argument that he was at fault for the Fleetwood and Charlton goals. However, a 4 2 2 2 formation isn't more attacking, especially if one full back stays in midfield if the other attacks. It's more counter attacking, which is what we need against Barnsley. Maghoma and Kaikai will need to track back wide when we defend and Leko needs to be a bit deeper, making it a 4 4 1 1 when we defend.
