We had 12 tonight and didn’t win a single header. I’m not even talking about a header on goal, we failed entirely to win the ball from a single one.

Agreed. Just total powder puff stuff. Last 5 mins. Just get it in the mixer. But no, tip tap about with short passes going nowhere.

At least we (F- FINALLY) had a few that went central/long - the 'put it to the near post' is AN UTTER, UTTER WASTE OF TIME. IT NEVER WORKS.
I can't recall the last time we scored from one.
Chap next to me mused aloud 'do they actually practice them?'

When Jackson was appointed, I remember reading in a couple of articles that he has the reputation as a good set piece coach...

And how many did McEachran take that didn't even get past first man? I mean to a point Grant shooed him away and took them When you have an inept corner taker what do you expect.

I have several times defended Josh on here but that is a point very well made; he was f- awful on them last night.
