I thought it was a joke when Jules got MOTM last night. Yes a ran up the pitch a few times when no one else could be bothered. But his defending was terrible IMO. Didn't block a cross and was walking for a lot of it instead of running back. Seems he only runs forward.
I feel for him playing out of position but he wasn't good last night.

I am astounded by this. Thought he was MOTM by an absolute country mile... barely put a foot wrong from my view point at the top of the East Stand.

I see both sides of this to be honest. Jules was good going forward, probably the best in the team yesterday but defensively he is poor and is a problem.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iblO3zFkbtE - Watch Jules in each of Charlton's attacking play. He is static.

I also put him at fault for Cheltenham's goal. It was evident that Grigg wasn't catching their guy running down the wing and Jules should have come over to cover

Their last chance sums it up for me. Very pedestrian and nowhere near stopping the cross. It isn't his position but everyone knows you can't just walk.
Then he'll go on an amazing run forwards. I've seen forwards not running back to their own goal but not defenders

To be pedantic, yes ok, but that wasn't last night was it?
I thought for his attacking prowess last night he deserved it.Who else was gonna get it? :?
