Total collapse in the second half, we were chasing shadows and Charlton to be fair looked a league above us, well they might be soon anyway, because if we play like that again we’re not picking up anymore points.

Jules and Maghoma were the only ones who even tried to drive forward

Jules at least tried to make things happen in fairness.

What was with the atmosphere? I can't really be in a position to knock it as I am an East Stand mute but good Lord that was shamefully quiet.... even by our standards.

Like the players we’ve given up

But why? Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but before the game surely we're looking at a game like this, 6/7 unbeaten or whatever it is, and albeit a disappointing late equaliser on Saturday we've been okay in that run, surely the tough pill to swallow on Saturday should galvanise us and not demoralise us??? I understand that atmospheres go flat from a crapcgame bit before the match and from minute one it was one of the poorest I can remember in there for a League game.

Spoke to a member of this forum before the game who called it - and basically said for some reason, this club and the fans are allergic to midweek vibrancy in and off the field.

I don’t know, attendance really low, nobody seems to care about the position we’re in and that there’s only 3 games left. It felt like a mid-table clash with nothing to play for, yet we are on the verge of relegation. I think we’ll go down now, and the players nor the fans will really care.

Thought Jackson screwed up sub's wise tonight.

Waited way too long to change anything when they were starting to dominate the play. Holland was a threat when he came on, but that wasn't until the 87th minute!

Why was Eisa pushed out wide, rather than Holland coming on at that point?

Problem is, and I've had this conversation a few times, that I feel 5 subs is actually worse than 3....

The temptation to bring all 5 on can definitely cause problems more than solutions. Even if a team is disjointed, I'm not seeing much proof that changing half the outfield XI is a good idea.

I'd imagine if we could only use 3 today like prior seasons, we'd have made 2 subs after the goal and had Holland on 5/10 mins earlier. I just feel its often subs for subs sake these days.

I can’t say it was great tonight. Must be right because BCS has made a reappearance with yet more forecast of impending disaster.

I want us to stay up, and I will care if we don’t. Three points coming up at Fleetwood on Saturday.

COYD.

Good for you. I’m out again, see you when we’re relegated.
