A master of his trade that manages to get a self complaint of long sentences into the move. Another crime we are responsible for.

I managed to get to the end but it was pure drivel with so many inaccuracies.

I did enjoy the last paragraph though. Did anyone else hear their drummer? I think we drowned them out with our own noise

Att: Unknown. Perhaps a sixth of the ground’s capacity at about 5,000. About 200 of these were from Morecambe – and they could be heard chanting and banging a drum throughout the game. God bless them

He must have left before the end. The attendance was 6 thousand 7 hundred and something. It was announced at full time. I’d be surprised if they had 200; I didn’t hear a drummer and I sit in Club Red which is like a library.

I genuinely didn’t hear their fans once. That is no critisim, it’s a long way to travel, especially when your team is not playing well, so I respect anyone that attends away games. However, to describe them as drowning us out is just ridiculous. There is no way he believes that.

I heard them at the start of the second half for about 30 seconds. They all/most stood up, clapped and shouted something incomprehensible (Possibly 'we wish we had such a nice ground') but apart from that nothing.
Drum? Didn't hear that.

I’m pretty sure he watched on a stream. Given his strength of feeling (refreshing to see. It’s been a while ) surely he wouldn’t have given us a single penny?

I’ll sleep easy in the knowledge that it’s just the rankings of some Tesco Carrier Bag carrying tramp with personal hygiene issues and a nice collection of badges on his beanie from “real clubs”. Paraphrasing the words of Difford and Tilbrook, Funny how they all look the bleeding’ same, isn’t it?

They lost me when they said we fell at the final hurdle at Wycombe. Wouldn't that be the second to last hurdle? Surely losing the final would be the final hurdle?
