Aha. Taking his cue from the government's new anti-social behavior policy I see. (Exact working with existing judicial process/staffing/funding to be considered, or more likely the whole thing quietly disregarded, at some time in the future once ecstatic Daily Mail headlines have faded). Neither do I.
And anyway, I'd have though dancing in zero gravity would be fraught with problems.
