Good when things were going well, but a bit clueless when they wasn't, although may have been sold a pup of a team by Sweeting. A carbon copy of the current coaching training and communication coaching.

Likeable chap, good coach, but I’m not sure if he has the mettle needed for a relegation scrap, which is exactly where Oxford are right now, having lost nine and drawn one in their last ten games

Excellent young coach who will only learn/grow from any of his mistakes during his time with the Dons. Players all seemed to like and respect him which is aways a good sign.

Like many younger managers, he would be good with a very experienced assistant.

Weird accent.
Very good at taking the kamikaze football from the previous coach and adding some defensive stability. But not very good when you give him shite players.

Inoffensive young manager with lots to prove.
