Sorry if it's mentioned elsewhere but what has happened to Dean
Did that run for his goal wear him out?

Apart from the goal, which was a decent finish, I don't think he's looked anywhere near ready. Not surprised to see him out of the squad. We have players who are currently better than him.

Do we ? Where are they then, why are they not playing ?

Whenever he's come on, his played as a winger, so therefore Leko, Kaikai, Holland & Burns are all ahead of him. I'm not saying they're great players, but from what I've seen they look more assured and ready than Dean.

Dean has potential and lets not ruin that by destroying the lads confidence in a team that can't buy a win.

He'll either play a bigger role for us next season or go out on loan.

Soooo why didn't we loan him out? I understand we had to probably sign him when we did to guarantee his services, but if he isn't even on the bench then loan him out. Never going to get match practice if he is never playing matches.

Dean is another in a long list in examples of footballers who've played for us who is young, shows a bit of gusto and fans think is the answer...

Probably the same fans that were in uproar when Dennis left. Still isn't even a starter for Sutton in League 2. Played 11 minutes at the weekend and is yet to score or even get an assist.

Both of these! We love "a trier" down at s:mk, don't we?

They don't have to be young though. See Alex Revell. Absolute garbage but fondly remembered because of a penalty save and the fact he "got stuck in". We could have spent January's money on someone half decent and survived, but AR and JET arrived together in the dead of night (well 11:30pm on deadline day) and failed miserably to make any sort of meaningful contrition in the remaining months of the season, but only one of them ever seems to be recalled by fans as "an absolute waste of space".
