He’s run this football club into the ground, incompetent and has failed. He said it was just a rocky start, he failed Manning and now Jackson in getting in a squad capable to compete in this league. Sweeting needs to be sacked.

He can take Winkelman with him.

They’ve set Jackson up to fail too because he hasn’t got the experience for what the Dons need. Just another cheap option again.

They set him up to fail by strengthening our weakest area with a single loan player in January.

They knew Tucker wasn’t good enough. They knew O’Hora was out for the season. They knew Lewington was out until April.

All it took was 1 injury to a CB and we’d have no back ups and that is exactly what happened.

Why on earth they didn’t proceed with that Everton loanee too I’ll never know.

I like Jackson and would want him to stay regardless of what happens - his hands have been tied behind is back with the CB situation.

Sweetings golden boy reputation is in the mud. If he left I wouldn’t be bothered now.

If Sweeting has let Jacko down, then PW has let Sweeting down too. The responsibility for this whole clusterf*ck season lies firmly alongside the dandruff on his shoulders.

How? Is it not Sweetings job to put the team together? Winkie has a lot of other things to answer for

But even Sweeting must be working within a budget set for him - and clearly one that ruled out the first choice targets in most cases. I don't think it was Sweetings decision to invest almost none of the summer sales back into the squad.

The only thing winkelman is responsible for is not sacking manning sooner. All he does now if provide the budget. The recruitment is all done by sweeting and the gaffer. The director of football manages the day to day stuff and links gaffer to owner

Surely PW has to carry the can for this?

He sets the budget for everything, this season it’s all been done as cheap as possible, which ultimately will end in complete failure, as others have eluded to, it’s been a total car crash of a season on and off the pitch.

I can’t wait for this season to end, the journey has been shit
