Great cameo from Max today, didn’t have much time on the pitch but he done his bit very well, I’d like to see more of him when possible, early doors but we may well have unearthed a gem

Seen a few tweets and comments about Dean's cameo yesterday with a fair few positive comments, including some saying he was a bit of a shithouse which is great to hear if true. Anyone able to give some detail about his performance for those of us who didn't make it to the game?

Determined. Didn’t see much of the ball but he came on at a time when FGR were pushing for an equaliser.

He challenged for everything and did well to win the ball against one of their CB’s, who ended up fouling him. He then celebrated the free kick like a goal.

Also, was cheering the fans as soon as the full time whistle went.

1 goal in 21 mins of football for the young lad. Not a bad return so far, long may it continue.

Watching the celebrations on Twitter, big shout out to Grigg for pushing him towards the fans to milk the celebrations as the fans chanted his name.

His post match interview is a good listen. I like him seems a good un.
