What does this bloke actually do ffs.

We’ve always been used to the manager, is assistants and coaches all getting involved in motivating the players.

This bloke seems to do sod all apart from hide behind his new cool flat cap.

I want some f-ing passion back!!

Well he probably does the same as the other assistant managers, yet with the dynamics of this team, you see Robbie on the touchline and not Crawford.

To be fair, we only really see them on the touchline on matchdays, which is like 5% of his week. We dont know how much input he and the other coaches have during the week or what they do, just like the dozens of other club staff members.

Its because weve become used to fairly vocal assistants like Richie Barker, which is a style to be honest I prefer.

Filth just took my comment basically. I’ve made a complaint that we haven’t heard an interview from him or any engagement with the fans since he’s been here but I can’t play that as part of him doing a shit job or anything. I don’t think as a collective they’re all doing enough but I have more issues with neilson than the others

He spent most of the second half talking to RN. Not sure they could work out what was going wrong

If they'd asked me i could have given them some advice starting with get the ball down and pass.

Got to remember Neilson also has an extra man on Robbo, in the bald coach McFarlane.

Both guys were out on the touchline for the Peterborough game, however stay more in the background when the head honcho is in town.

As AP said though, Neilson does spend a lot of time talking to Crawford. Flipping through one of those file books NFL coaches seem to have.

I noticed Neilson was watching video footage on his iPad today, must have been a good game going on somewhere.

If you crossed both of them together it'd look a bit like the LA Woman era Jim Morrison. 8-)
