Never heard of him. So, is it Ike (as in ...& Tina Turner), or is it ee-kay, or None of the Above?

Alby will be along shortly. .

Good player. Seen him a few times on clips and whatnot and always looked like a good player who’d be suited here. Has a good record in youth football but it counts for absolutely nothing I’m afraid. I don’t blame him not turning up at Barnsley or not being the player they need. It’s a tough league for young players to come through, The Championship. But let’s be fair it’s gonna be no easier for a young lad to come to a club in dire straits at the minute so I don’t expect him to be a Bamford-esque loanee. But as a player I’m happy we’ve got him because I know he’s a good player with potential.

Fingers crossed he hits the ground running here. The BBC article says that Barnes' loan at Barnsley has also been cut short - bring him home Robbie!!

I find myself thinking - wasn't Harvey Barnes @ Barnsley and I think did well for them? That's what we need, not a 1 goal in 18 appearances striker? EEL has scored more goals than that? Agard certainly has. We need someone better than him. I also find myself thinking we have young promising striker material in BTA, Sam Nombe etc. Do we need another one of those? Or is that unfair?

Unfair. You’re judging someone by stats. But don’t worry that’s a typical MK Dons fan trait.

I thought we judged them by whether we could fit their name into a chant. :)

I understand that Robbie got him as his surname to close to boo.

Yes, but Harvey went there after coming to us for 6 months, so he made the step from youth to League 1 then Championship. I’m pretty sure Harvey hadn’t scored any senior goals when he came to us (but no doubt the stat masters will correct me).
According to Chelsea fans he was one of their most prolific Academy goal scorers, but they think the step from youth to Championship was just too big.
