Looks possible that Shrewsbury fans could struggle to get to SMK tomorrow, reports of heavy snow in that area, blocked roads, and abandoned vehicles.

Highways officials have reported "hazardous" driving conditions and police in Shropshire in the West Midlands advised against driving unless "absolutely necessary".
There are long delays on the A49 near Shrewsbury, with Highways England saying numerous lorries have broken down. Earlier, a whole section was shut down after several vehicles skidded due to the snow.

Football is absolutely necessary.

Just kidding. I wonder if it’d be the right decision to postpone the game for a later date if their fans can’t make it?

I believe the expression runs along the lines of...

"And the horse you rode in on"

Yes it would. I don’t want to spend the afternoon in an eerily silent SMK.

And other fans, including many MK Dons ones, are unable to make a night game and I doubt that will be well attended.
