Thought Antoni did a great job asking the questions, didn't hold back and asked what a lot of fans wanted to know.

The fact the club and Pete have gone to this trouble to produce a 25 minute video fully justifies fan concerns and the efforts some (including myself) were going to - if it wasn't a concern to them, they wouldn't have bothered responding in this way. Would like to see similar by the club in future - maybe a quarterly video from Pete just giving a general update would be great.

Listening to what Pete said about Neilson, it does seem like Pete is very aware of the league position and didn't mention anything about it being a long term project with him. Also noticed that Pete said that Neilson had "tough weeks ahead" (note: not "tough months/years"). Reading between the lines, think RN needs to be turning things around pretty sharply over the next few weeks. Like Pete said, we've never been in this position for such a sustained period.

Overall, happy that the club have chosen to face fan concerns head on like this and Pete has responded to everything in the letter so obviously won't be sending that in now.

I presume the petition can now, hopefully, go in the bin.

Thank you Pete. Hope this clears things up and everybody can now get behind the team instead of moaning about everything .COYD

If anyone wants to know the key points without watching the whole 25 minutes:

- PW said that Lewie still believes he's capable enough to perform in the first team, but that RN disagrees
- Lewie isn't training with the team as it would be "too uncomfortable"/awkward for him given that he's not in contention
- PW said that good things have come about because of it like "it got Karl and I talking again"
- Lewie lives closer to Charlton, so is training there to keep his fitness levels up in preparation for January
- PW said that Lewie may still play for the club again at some point and nothing is ruled out
- PW laughed off and denied any rumours that Brittain was involved with any disagreement with the club regarding England duty
- Working on a new contract for Brittain as we speak
- Didn't rule out interest from other clubs for Chuks
- Said that if the right offer came in that was right for the player and the club that he would allow Chuks to leave
- Mike Dove isn't on gardening leave. Pete has paid for him to have a year off/break due to Mike's long service and needing to reflect.
- Said that Neilson needs time to prove himself as he "hasn't had his best starting 11 playing together at once"
- Said that Neilson has a "tough few weeks" ahead
- Disappointed that we are where we are in the table and that he expected better things
- Said that we have never been in such a low league position for a such a sustained period apart from when we were relegated in 2006.
- The amount spent on players in fees/wages is the highest it has ever been for this level
- Said that things can't just quickly go from bad to good, there needs to be a transition phase
- Said that when he brought in Neilson, that Neilson was "the best young manager in the British isles" (or something to that effect)
- Training ground is still a long way off. Held up by paperwork and red tape. Still have the site in Cosgrove as well as Tickford
- Suggested that the training ground won't be ready for at least another 2 years at the earliest
- Made the point that it took 10 years from planning permission through to us actually moving into stadium mk

Thanks Filthy. I think you might need a sabbatical as well as Mike Dove. :D
