Leadership sometimes means making unpopular decisions. Sounds like he got it spot on with Lewington going out on loan in January. He also got the team into a much better space for the second half, today, using the successful tactic of bringing Agard after Seager had worn out the tired legs of semi- professionals.

I really do believe he has the balls to be the best manager MK Dons have ever had.

We're down one place to 16th in the league now as Bristol Rovers beat Rotherham today and leapfrogged us

I realise genocide is different to treating Lewington like he's nothing, but still.

Got the prefect solution for all you bally chavs out there, the 10 minute manager. If there no shot on goal by MKD within each 10 minute time period the manager if instantly sacked. If the team dares concede a goal the entire backroom staff, directors or even the tea lady is sacked. Think about it, it makes sense...
