NOVEMBER TCR PLAYER OF THE MONTH RESULTS3rd – Ed UpsonLast months POTM continues to pick up votes on a consistent basis without topping the polls in any game this month. Once again, he either looks solid or misplaces a pass in equal measures, and when he’s on form he can be a standout player, but for this month at least like most of the team has not put in a 90-minute performance and has invariably been one of the better players in poor performances.
2nd – Aidan NesbittDespite being labelled as a bit part player or someone for the future, the former Celtic youngster has for the second month running featured in every game. Fast becoming a fans favourite and a catchy song as well, the young Scot is one of the few that seems to be giving his all and enjoying himself, and was the standout performer in the Southend game.
1st - Peter PawlettLike Nesbitt he has featured in someway in every game this month since coming back from a long injury, Agard is the only other player that has got the nod from Neilson on every occasion.
The bulk of Pawlett’s points came from the Fleetwood game, where he received over 50% of the votes with a dominating performance in midfield.
A few other things to mention, Williams, Wootton and Seager featured in 5 out of the 6 games this month, and none gained a single vote.
None of the Above scored highly last month, but has taken a bit of a back seat at the moment with just 9 votes recorded, all coming from the last 3 games.
Thanks to everyone that voted.
