He could have gone 12 months ago. Winkelpicker said no. Probably cause that would mean the gremlin would have to put effort in to find a replacement. Funny how all the bad decisions stop with him. Man doesn't care one jot about what's best for his toy. Sweeting didn't reign Williamson in with the keeper debarcle imo that is a stackable offence from the director of football. He is supposed to direct who comes in but I can imagine the little bald headed buffoon just shrugged his shoulders and went OK Mike I trust you. Same with wearne and Lofthouse all former Gateshead players so sweeting would have not really been that arsed.

Our best player is some random kid who signed two managers ago, that Sweeting had fuck all to do with. That should tell you something.
