I'd most like us to get an experienced leader, for either CM or CB; someone who could help the younger players on and off the pitch and gee us up through sticky patches in games.

Looks like Golbourne is getting his loan extended. He is the best left back at the club so this is great news.

Don't know if this is even slightly true, but I've heard that Finn Tapp could be going to Aston Villa.

That is good news as I always like the same player on a season loan rather than having different players arriving, each one having their own adjustment time, etc.
Just a side note, please no one read anything into the phrase he's the best left back at the club. Having finally drawn a line under a certain issue, let's focus solely on Golbourne and not on any other player whose name temporarily slips my mind. ;)


I was just having a little joke.

I do agree that's in good news to have some consistency and I think the boy's done good so far. I did prefer his old barnet though.

Where did you hear it? There is a problem with losing players to other academies for very little compo.

We have a loan space. We got Harvey Barnes last January, if we do a Harvey (Barnes not Weinstein) we'll reach the play offs!
