He's just not getting it right at all and i'm losing my patience.

We're playing 3 at the back, with Golborne and Brittain on the wings. Already theres an issue there, as Brittain is no where near good enough going forward, he is not a winger, he is a right back. Im not comparing us to these teams, but using them as an example to show the type of player played on the wing in a 3 at the back; Chelsea use Moses, Sheffield United use Baldock. Both players very good going forward as we know and have a lot of pace. Brittain has neither.

So already we have an issue with our wings, then you have all 3 of Upson, Tshibola & Gilbey playing in midfield, who are not attacking enough.

We have to start games with the intention of winning, but at the moment I just don't get what we are trying to achieve, its as if we don't want to win or don't feel that we are good enough to.

If he can't see what the problems are with the lineup, then he has to go.

He certainly couldn’t be called a quick learner!

The complete management of this club seem completely impotent to sort this out.

Is it any surprise that Crowds are dropping significantly when we are being served non entertaining crap with every "performance".

If Pete could afford to get rid of the current management team, I think he would have already. So in the short term I think we are stuck with this.
