Great interview on iFollow with Ed Rubio about the Under 23s, and tonight’s game.
I’m sure the edited highlights will appear on YouTube in due course.
Makes some good points about the investment Winkie and the Club have made to bridge the gap between Under 18s and first team.
A Neilson pushed initiative I believe, for those who think he doesn’t get the Club’s ambitions.

I was thinking exactly the same when I saw it earlier, nice to see that entheusiasm for the interview was shared. Definitely hadnt considered the investment of playing games at a proper stadium but its a nice touch.

Be interesting to see the style of football on show tonight.

I was thinking same re: something Robbie has backed since he came in. Presumably all these clubs were playing under 23 teams and we weren't. Got to be competing at all levels. Disappointing to be behind so early and only get a drawer with players like Nesbitt in there, especially against the pub team, but a good initiative nonetheless.

Popped along to the game last night and I must say I was impressed with the young lad Bradley Bell who played full back. He started on the right and was then switched to the left for the second half, he got forward well and what a delight to see a young lad given the freedom to use the flanks and exploit the full length of the pitch using both feet to cross good delivery’s into the box, shame nobody could get on the end of them. Certainly one for the future.
