I have said that I would love to see RDM back...but I accept that is highly unlikely.

So my shout is Brian McDermott. Available, experienced, and his Reading team in the Prem played some good, stylish stuff.

None of the list really stand out, head and shoulders above the rest.
Really would like someone reasonably young, who has been at a L2 club for a few years with some success.
