Trust me, there are not enough expletives in your post, to justify, why yourselves, or anybody else, would want that clown in charge of your team.

I think Graham Alexander could be good. Done alright with Scunthorpe and played recently and knows the Leagues inside out. And players.

Suprised nobody has mentioned Grant McCann, although it could be a stretch taking on an ex Posh boss.

What background is that?
He's 39 with one managerial job lasting 18 months on his CV. He spent that time in mid-table of league one.
So he is an inexperienced manager with no experience of managing in league two, or managing in a relegation or promotion battle.
Considering everyone's calling for an experienced manager who knows the level, ideally with a promotion on their CV, I just don't see what boxes McCann ticks in terms of necessary attributes for our current needs.
He'd be very low on my list.

Mine too tbh.

I've often wondered if those connected closely to any club at a time of signing a new manager have been tempted to send various individuals to bookies and wade in armed with a bit of inside knowledge.
Could be a good way to boost the transfer budget of any club

This has often crossed my mind too, I’ve no doubt it happens maybe at the lower end of the club.
