Indeed. And full of emotional fluff too.

I laughed most when I read:

I talked to Ryan Bailey, a longtime Wimbledon supporter and broadcast journalist (and, full disclosure, a contributor to Howler and a co-host of our Dirty Tackle podcast... who’s also a member of The Dons Trust and is thus a part-owner...)

Not only is there nothing new but the same incorrect information is being reported yet again. Also no mention of the scum basically making Kingstonian homeless as well as closing down a dog track. Usual shit journalists that know the square root of F.A. But are prepared to print the trash proper gander that the scum feed them.

A totally bland and meaningless statement. I await some positive action by the EFL, but I'm not holding my breath.

You're probably right but I'm pretty sure that 'behind the scenes' the club will be pursuing it. It won't go away.
This is the second time they have flouted EFL rules.
Just the sort of issue that a jobsworth at the EFL could get his/her teeth into to make their name as an enforcer! Here's hoping.

I note with wry amusement that today the U23s were referred to as The Visitors throughout the twitter feed and the full time result was noted as AFC Wimbledon 1- Milton Keynes 2. Somethings just won’t change will they.
