Anyone going by train from MK to the match tomorrow? Looks doable if you get a quick train to St Pancras. What time is it realistic for match to be over and back at Gillingham station, trying to work out timings.

The train station at Gillingham is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the ground, so realistically you are looking at trains back after about 22.15

Thanks. Is it likely a lone MK Dons fan walking around what doesn’t look like the most upmarket part of Kent on a dark Thursday night is going to have an issue ?! What could possibly go wrong :o

Nah, you’ll be fine. Most of the crowd walk up towards town from the ground, but I’ve never known any trouble. Try to walk back with a group of other Dons fans and you won’t get any hassle.

:o There’s a 21:50 back to St Pancras. I’m aiming to make that. It’s ten minutes tops back to the station from what I recall.
