Must admit that I’d forgotten about this under 23 game today until I checked my calendar.

I can’t believe we’ll have gone to the expense of an overnight stay so presuming the players involved are already on the coach.

Anyone going?

It kicked of at 1pm in the end!

True to form for these games here doesn’t appear to be any defenders on the pitch and it’s 3:3 heading into halftime (BT-A, Nombe & Rasulo for us).

It’s a very young side we’ve got down there. Funny how all the more senior players that possibly needed the game time weren’t forced to sit on a coach for ten hours, eh?

It finished in a 5:4 defeat in the end.

There was a ridiculous gap in terms of age and experience. Would the likes of Muirhead, Walsh, Nesbitt etc. have benefitted from a run out? They may have done, but it was probably better they trained with the first team group.
