I've said it before, you need a big strong centre forward who is good in the air and can hold the ball up when required. Both Muirhead and Sow should be capable. With Agard leading the line you can only play it to feet, he's not going to win much in the air. Cisse needs a kick-up the jackse, he strolls around like Dylan the rabbit in the magic roundabout, "say man what's happening". You need Lewie as he is a leader! As for Taverniere he was my M-O-T-M against Coventry, worked his socks off. If you go to flat back four you'll need a winger. But most of all, get rid of this "must be played to feet all the time". However you will need willing runners, with passion and desire. At the present time we seem to be lacking all three. |
