It's too early to make a judgement call on DM or the MK way, but I think we can safely say that the decision to buy the already injured Golbourne on transfer deadline day rather than strengthening our struggling attacking options has been shown to be as crazy as first appeared. Especially after injuries to the already injury prone Aneke and Sow.
A new striker, or creative midfielder, may have made a difference and certainly couldn't have done any worse.
It was just a mad decision and was seemingly relegation suicide.
