I dont recall us having a single attempt on goal. Not even a blocked or off target attempt. We are not a threat in the slghtest and I have no idea where a goal could possibly come from. There is just no hope now.

Also, of the corners, freekicks and crosses we have put into the box, we have not won a single header. Not one, at all.

well, that's not true. ugbo had one that was going in before a superb bit of keeping from agard. there was a couple of decent openings beyond that as well.

Thing is, even with Chuks on there was so little invention from midfield, RN did that too, use full backs as wingbacks and a load of CMs doing various thing but scoring . I suppose we had Pawlett who played well on Saturday but that was such a negative line up tonight

Cisse FFS!!!!

Looking at the state of that pitch even before KO, I would have not have risked playing him tonight

Without Pawlett or Aneke the team is devoid of any real creativity.

Why has DM not used Nesbitt, certainly when chasing a game?

I'd more question not starting McGrandles or bringing him on at any point. He hasn't had a bad game yet and is definitely an asset to have in the middle of the pitch.

Not starting Tarvernier too, who has been one of our better players since he joined.

But yeah, we've been lacking creativity all season. Hate to repeat myself (actually I don't mind repeating myself), but again not replacing Reeves or Barnes was a huge mistake by our recruitment team.
