Obviously I'm more detached from things than most of you now. But I'm still very sad at how what was a fantastic club for players, staff and fans alike to be part of has degenerated into such a dysfunctional, uncommunicative, soulless mess.

It will take years for the club to recover, even if Neilson is removed now. So much hard work wasted. :(

I see what you are saying, but thank God for Ed & the youth team.

Managers come & go.
Players come & go.
Supporters come & go.

Whatever league MK Dons plays in, there's 11 players wearing the shirt who need our support.
COYD!

the next appointment - whenever it happens - will be the biggest in the club's history. we need a new vision from top to bottom.

personally think a director of football has become essential. neilson has shown that managers can't be trusted to look beyond the next game, no matter what they tell you to get the job.

I don't want to go down the whole 'I wish Karl was still here' road. His removal was the right thing to do at the time.

But i see no connection with the U18 success recently and the first team, whereas KR would have had half a dozen of them integrated into the senior set up by now.

What we need is the magic formula that has been successful in the past, a young ambitious manager and an old wise head to advise him.

Absolutely. If anything, I'm actually pleasantly surprised so many are still going. I know my views and the changes in my circumstances aren't representative by any means.

Hopefully the club can turn it around, but except for a brief spell, we seem to been in free fall since getting relegated from the Championship. We all hoped Neilson was the answer, but now he seems to be the problem.

Neilson was the answer, to last season.
We were going down to L2 with Robinson.
The 8 League 1 home games under Robinson last season: 3pts: W0 D3 L5 F7 A16 GD-9
Robinson Oct 2016: "Our performances have been excellent at home"...
He had to go...

First 8 League 1 home games under Neilson last season: 16pts: W5 D1 L2 F13 A9 GD+4
With the same squad...
He turned it around and we finished 12th last season, instead of in League 2.

Neilson however, is a problem this season...
