I can see Kewell being on PW radar done reasonable at Crawley and fits his type. Downside is only one season but Ince Mk1 had little l2 experience either (in fact he didn't win any of his first 20 games). Jewell I think would be a good appointment

I'd like to see in no particular order Alexander, Rosler, Cotterill, McCall and I have a feeling that McCann would do an excellent job. My willy agrees and he's never wrong, about skirt anyway.

He’s lined up for the Charlton job. New Australian owners what him in. That’s why Robbo walked out on them. He got wind of it and it obviously made his position untenable.

Rosler has always been popular in these parts. ;)

Jewell is nothing more than a Gillette Soccer Saturday presenter. Nice bloke. But would be a Dreadful appointment.

Why does no one want Lee Clark?

Absolutely this.
Jewell did very well at Wigan between 2001-7, but benefitted hugely from Dave Whelan's big spending.
He left Wigan in 2007 saying he felt mentally exhausted and needed a break.
In the subsequent 11 years, he's only had 2 managerial jobs, lasting a combined total of two and a half years and he failed at both.
He's not had a managers job in the last 6 years, and he's twice been appointed as an assistant but left after a week both times.
I think we should stay well clear of Jewell.
,

Agree. Hardly the sparkling appointment we want.

I vote Neal Ardley.

Now if only he didn't change his mind...
