I think Eni Aluko is a shit pundit/commentator/presenter and a person with pretty laughable comments and opinions.

I also think Lianne Sanderson, Farah Williams, Alex Scott, Vicki Sparks are unbearable too.

Yet I think Kate Abdo, Laura Woods, Natalie Sawyer, Shebahn Aherne, Faye Carruthers, Emma Saunders, Gabby Logan, Lucy Ward, Jules Breach are great..

..struggling as to whether I'm an
racist anti-woman, misogynist who drinks Stella or not

Charlie Bill just announced as manager for "Real Bedford" womens team - the crypto-funded team thats just been promoted to the level below MK Dons I think.

They're level 9

According to this, Real Bedford WFC are "Step Four":

The men’s team is tier 9 I think.

Lack of drive from the board

A huge number of players have confirmed they will not play for Dons next season
MK Dons Women have confirmed that 26 players have signalled their intent to leave the club this summer.

While 19 will remain at MK1, the brunt of the first team, including Player of the Year Chloe Sansom, Players’ Player of the Year Rhianne Rush and top-scorer Laura Mitchell, will follow manager Charlie Bill out the door.

We’ve faced a global pandemic, a relegation battle and more recently what felt like a lack of drive from the board,” said Sansom on social media. “We’ve not only established ourselves as a presence in the Women’s National League, but we’ve competed with full-time teams whilst having little to no financial backing, ….”

Is this symptomatic of the whole club and our future?

Hang on - there were 45 players? Does that include a reserve or an under-18 team or something?

Theres actually 27 players on the released list and 19 on the retained so a total squad of 46.

That seems huge so either there is an u18 or u23's squad or because they arent really being paid very much if at all then its possible to do, financially at least. god only knows how a squad that size can be realistically managed

Either way, it seems sad that this doesnt appear to be being supported well enough by the club.

Real Bedford have just had several million pounds worth of investment pumped into then by a crypto firm so it makes sense that players and managers will be interested in going there. The guy who owns it is not everyones cup of tea Im sure but he has managed to do something quite spectacular there in a very short space of time and he tries hard to engage with the local community

This feels like the end of the road for the Women's team, they wont compete in the third tier next year, the year after they'll probably have the Stadium taken off them due to poor performances.

Do you mean they wont be able to compete in that league or that they wont be competing in that league? I think its the former?

They finished exactly mid table last season but miles in front of the bottom two.

Club seem to be lying about who's actually been released, Molly Coupar questioning why her name has been left off the released list
