Eni Aluko is a complete moron who should be no where near football of either gender. Her claim that women feel unsafe attending the men's game was a complete lie. She adds absolutely no value as a pundit.

Is it a lie though, to feel that way as a black woman or are we just priviledged to gk and watch a fairly subdued mk dons experience? My old man goes to watch luton and been in no end of things kicking off particularly facing swindon. How would a woman feel in those situations? If you think women dont get groped on occasions at gigs in crowded areas they do. Just because we watch football in a library doesnt mean some women arent experiencing shit at other venues and events.

I have no idea how a woman might feel at a football match so I wont comment on that but the thing is, Eni Aluko doesnt either. She may have her own experiences that are valid but cannot possibly make a sweeping statement like that with any credibility.

The same reason you cant be racist to white people.

I'm sorry I'm going to challenge that. Privilege gives us a cushion (at least, here in predominately white societies), that lessens the harm that racism causes, but you cannot say there are not non-whites who hate white people purely based on the colour of their skin.

Outside of "white countries", such as in South Africa and India, there are some people who are racist against whites. Certainly, some of that has grown out of the historic actions of our ancestors but that doesn't justify it, IMO. I also know that in Japan there is a small minority that hold racist views about both whites and blacks.

This has drifted so far away from the initial topic of the MK Dons women's team that I fear we've relocated 60 miles up the road again.

Why has Sam Keer been charged then? Using anyone's race in a derogatory way is racist.

Someone called me a 'Sweaty' at work yesterday. I've genuinely not heard that for decades. Don't know whether that passes as racism, but my retort was thus...

'Did you just call me a Sweaty? Well it's better than being a complete Ladybit I suppose'

Yes but it's better here. This thread is now truly hallucinogenic. An all timer.

I shouldn't laugh at this, but this is genuinely funny.

The actual exchange began thus... 'Fuck me. A Sweaty'
