They were excellent all over thr field, especially their No 3, 4 & 9.

Sounds like from his presser that Williamson is staying and I can't see Barnsley wanting him. No doubt he will bring the rest of the Gateshesd players over. I can't say that I'm impressed with the ones he's brought over so far,

Regardless of what my or your opinion is, his position isn't under threat. I do however hope he takes stock over the coming weeks around some of the recent shortcomings, some of which are down to him, whether it's team selection, tactical elements or simply not motivating the players enough. He's going to have a lot of pressure on him early doors next season. There's a lot for him to fix between now and August. That starts with getting a settled number 1 in place.

I am starting to get a niggling thought that he is doing exactly what he is paid to do. What was it described as, a”managed decline” or something ?
