Anyone on here who knows our erstwhile kitman knows that he was previously fond of a pint and didn't exactly know where the Ryvita was kept.

He's lost a phenomenal amount of weight over the last year or so and completed his first 5km run today - the Rocket that finished at the stadium. For a first run of that length, 38mins isn't bad either

Well done mate - you're putting all of us to shame (and me in particular!).

My wife ran in that - I was watching from Saxon St (near Oldbrook). over 1200 runners, apparently it's called the rocket because the last 4k or so is flat or downhill to the stadium!
