Some amazing intricate playing, smashing beer, good company, and the current Mrs Gers on driving duties. Nice venue. Cozy, with good quality service. I'd go back. |

Morrissey - Genting Arena - Birmingham Dull setlist, uninspiring band, pretentious twattery pre-gig with tedious film-show. Some highs - Suedehead, I Started Something, Irish Blood English Heart and that gorgeous, gorgeous voice. Not his best. Still better than not going, but not his best. |

Jake Bugg acoustic set in Oxford tonight Wonderful performance from JB with just his guitar and a lot of very funny banter with the audience. Absolutely no hiding place with with a solo show like that and a good time was had by all. How is the lad only just 24? |
