Who do you blame for the woeful performances this season? Have the club tried to build a new team on the cheap? How many times did the Liam’s have their requests denied by those on the top floor? Did the Liam’s have to recruit with hands tied? Is Sweeting a one trick pony that got lucky last season? Has Manning been found out? Are the players just not up to the job? Southampton have tried the same blueprint and against Villa suffered the same problems. As Liam Manning has said there is little time developing young players in the English leagues and they ought to have been more pragmatic. |
