Is this genuine or another WUM ?

Still no season ticket for me or my son

I phoned yesterday to ask about our STs and a mate of mine answered the phone ! He had volunteered to help out and said they'd just received them from the printers and were in the process of posting them out, so yeah that is genuine.

Keep an eye on your doormats for the next couple of days !

Why couldn't the club have just been honest? A statement stating that there was an issue with the cards arriving from the printers so we would be given paper tickets for the first two games would have been a lot better than them lying to us for 3 weeks saying they are in the post

It's a very confused situation. I was under the impression that the supply and mailing of season tickets had been contracted out. If so it seems that the firm concerned has somehow cocked it all up. Therefore it would appear the club have taken it back in house and started over with new tickets and mailing. Some people may, in that case, be getting a second ticket.

Anyway that's my Sherlock Holmes take on it all.
