Simple question: In or Out?

Getting rid at this time would probably do more harm than good in the short term.

In not for Neilson but for Pete

Voting In is a vote for Pete (who's backing his manager).
Voting Out is a vote for Lewie (who still thinks he should play).

I've given this a bit of thought since yesterday and this is the conclusion i've come to:

NEILSON IN - for me now it is of the upmost importance to build a squad. We can't do that if we decimate our budget overhauling the coaching staff.

Pete made a point that has turned my original thought process on its head. He alludes to confidence. Imo having pondered this theory I look back to oldham and a team that should have crumbled but that day the fans were very supportive and I remember coming away thinking wow that was a different crowd to the subdued one I had seen. With the support of the crowd, despite being behind in the game the players and possibly with the aid of the managers changes managed to get something out of the game despite it looking an uphill battle against a team with a lot of momentum under a popular new manager.

Then I look back at hyde and I remember seeing a thouroughly controlled, professional performance. The team looked ever so confident and didnt put a foot wrong for 90 minutes. Martin keown heaped praise on our positive passing performance and our will to push on when the game was won.

Those were 2 instances the team played with confidence or the backing of the fans.

I really think its in our best interest to support our manager, back our players and give them the best environment to play in and lets see if we can use our budget to build a swuad over the duration of robbie neilsons contract and see if he can repeat the success he had in taling hearts from a crippled club in decline to the second best team in scotland. Now you might say its only scotland but thats the playing field he was competing in and he was the best of the rest excluding celtic when only a brief while prior his club were teetering on the edge of going bust and didnt have 2 pennies to scratch together. Lets see what he can do with our budget and where he can take us with the backing of the fans.

This may seem like a u turn considering the topic is it time now that I started but since then a lot has happened. So for me it's in.
I feel the problem may be the players I include Lewis but understand why he would want to continue. There has been disharmony on the pitch at times and in RN defence the players he has brought in and wanted to play have had injuries/fitness problems. (See topic the squad). I think it's time we got behind them all
