Is Neilson the right man to take the club forward?

That’s a very important point. I don’t know what Pete promised him but,

If we get shot of him 4 months into his 1st full season, after he's rebuilt the squad, we risk going in to a cycle of constantly swapping and changing managers and as a side effect players too. People moan because we don't invest enough, well if we're buying out Coaches and players contracts every 11 months we'll invest even less!

I said that, but I think he'd be more inclined to a championship team, and even then he's never been at a club further south than Birmingham in his career.
