I was a bit young to have seen him but I once got given his book by my cricket coach Great read and subsequently watching his bowling he was a gun.....must have been a nightmare to face on certain wickets |

He was a nightmare on many wickets. He was very quick for a spinner, almost medium paced with spin. |

He was unplayable at times. As a kid got his autograph at Wardown Park Luton when they used to play Sunday league games there. |
