Although some of the minnows - Gibraltar, Andorra, San Marino - still score few goals or pick up many points, I've been enjoying watching (from afar) the improvement of Luxembourg. I've noticed it for a few years now, and they've done really well this time around - finishing 3rd with 17 points and into the play offs so still a chance they'll be at their first ever tournament!
It's funny how they still always get absolutely hammered each time they play Portugal (they lost 15-0 over their 2 games, yet only conceded 4 in the other eight matches!) Other than against them, they've developed into a pretty competitive team who pick up a decent number of wins nowadays. I hope their improvement continues.
