This is calling to mind the current debates re the allocation of transgender people to facilities and sport.
A really difficult question, for which there seems to be no generally acceptable answer.

I completely agree.

It is a really difficult question, and one where boundaries are crossed. Why is there a ‘Men’s World Cup’ and a ‘Women’s World Cup’ if this question can’t be answered?

It’s the reason of my post, initially.

Really? Keyser, I thought we knew each other well. Why is my question so abjective?

It’s merely a legal question that will be asked, and it will be, in the future.

If sperm can be removed from a female runner, surely there’s some reason for doubt?

Ok, let’s look at at this another way.

Why is there a world difference between Male and Female football?

Why can’t they play on the same field, at the same time? Why the difference between the sexes?

It’s the same argument posed in a different way.

Not so much the thread, more the title. It's like something from Sunday evening in 1973.

On BBC1 at 7, it's Mind Your Language, meanwhile in ITV it's Love Thy Neighbour, and on BBC2 we have a new series written by Ray Galton and Alan Simpson, Meat And Two Veg.

If men and women compete in different competitions, what will happen when we have them/they identifying as cats wanting their own World Cup, or identifying as biscuits and want their own Tetley Tea Cup event.

I don't like women's football. Nothing to do with the fact that they're women, it's just not for me. I did however watch the England game yesterday. Not one of them looked tike a bloke, on either side.
